Refund policy
RETURNS
I can accept returns of unframed A5, A4 and A3 prints if I am contacted within 14 days of receiving the item.
I cannot accept returns for A1, A2, 40x50cm, 50x70cm, square prints or any framed prints as these are made to order by my production partner.
If you would like to return an item, please email chantelle@refinedspaces.uk and we will supply a returns address. We do not currently offer paid returns meaning you are responsible for the shipment and payment of the return. We would always suggest using a tracked service for your return.
When returning your parcel, please ensure it is clearly marked with your full name and order number. Items must be returned in their original condition, without any damage, to qualify for a full refund. If the returned item shows signs of damage or wear, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
Once the parcel is received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.
Please note, any custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the above process and then place another order for your correct item.
DAMAGED ORDERS
We take great care in packaging and shipping your prints, but in the rare case your order arrives damaged, please follow our policy below:
1. Reporting Damage
- All claims for damaged items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Clear photographic evidence of the damage (both the item and packaging) must be provided to process your claim.
2. Refunds & Replacements by Print Size

Unframed A5, A4, A3 Prints: Eligible for either a refund or a replacement (customer’s choice).

A1, A2, 40x50cm, 50x70cm, Square Prints & Framed Prints: Eligible for replacement only. Refunds are not available for these sizes.
3. Process

Contact us via email with your order number and photos of the damage.

Our team will review your claim within 3 - 5 business days.

Once approved:

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method.

Replacements will be reprinted and shipped at no extra cost.

4. Exclusions

Claims submitted without photos will not be accepted
SALE ITEMS

Any item marked as “SECONDS” in the product title is considered a final sale.

These items are sold as-is, often at a reduced price due to minor imperfections.

No refunds, returns, or replacements will be issued for Seconds items.
CANCELLATIONS
No cancellations are accepted as all products are made to order.
